Misshow.co.uk takes pride in our quality products and service, and we value our relationship with every customer. Our return policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, ensuring your rights as a consumer are protected.

14-Day Withdrawal Period (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day "cooling-off period" from the date you receive your order. During this time, you may cancel your order without providing a reason and return eligible items for a full refund.

Important Exception for Custom-Made Items: Please note that custom-made or personalized wedding dresses and formal gowns are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU law. If you have any questions about customization, sizing, or product details before ordering, please contact us at service@misshow.com—we're here 24 hours a day to help ensure you make the right choice.

Replacement or Refund Process

Your satisfaction matters! When your package arrives, check that the dress matches your order. For returns/exchanges, ensure items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, lint-free, hair-free
  • Tags intact/attached

You cover return shipping costs. Follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out within 30 days of receiving the item (14 days for EU customers exercising withdrawal rights). Include an explanation and photos if needed for your return request.

2. Ship Back (if approved): After customer support approval, ship the item back within 30 days. Include:

  • Order number, receiver details, return reason
  • For "doesn't match the picture" claims: Send dress photos to our team first
  • For transit damage/loss: Contact us for return address/label

After receiving returns, we deduct storage, fabric, and labor costs. For minor issues, we recommend keeping the dress—we'll refund 15–20% (excluding shipping) if you alter locally.

Custom Clearance Taxes

We don't accept refunds for refusing to sign due to taxes. All orders are shipped "D.D.U" (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Misshow.co.uk isn't responsible for international charges (taxes, duties, tariffs). Contact your local customs office for details.

Size Errors

Due to handcrafting, gowns may vary ±1–2 inches from specified measurements. Items fitting your ordered specs (even if they don't fit you) cannot be returned/exchanged. You can seek local tailoring at your cost.

  • Modification Service: We offer dress alterations within 30 days of receipt. You cover round-trip shipping.
  • Customer-Caused Errors: If size/color issues come from your specifications, refunds aren't eligible.
